    Always consult a doctor for medical-grade compression use.

3. Can I wear compression socks all day?

Yes! Many people wear them throughout the day for consistent support. However, it’s best to remove them at night unless recommended by your healthcare provider.

4. Are compression socks safe to sleep in?

While light compression may be okay during short naps, we do not recommend sleeping in them overnight unless prescribed by a physician.

Common compression levels:

  • 15–20 mmHg: Mild support, great for daily use

  • 20–30 mmHg: Moderate medical support

  • 30–40 mmHg: Advanced use (only with doctor’s advice)

6. How should I wash and care for my compression socks?

To maintain elasticity and performance:

  • Hand wash or machine wash cold on gentle cycle

  • Air dry only (avoid tumble drying)

  • Do not bleach or iron

7. Will compression socks stretch out over time?

With proper care, our socks maintain their compression strength for months. Avoid excessive heat or harsh detergents.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Orders over $100 receive free standard shipping

Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

11. Can I return or exchange my compression socks?

Yes. Unworn items in original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, worn socks are not eligible for return.

12. How do I start a return?
